In the above two famous lyrics that describe the Swamy, it transliterates as – I worship the esteemed Raghavendra, who is considered a protector of Satya i.e., truth and Dharma i.e., righteousness. I salute the great Raghavendra who is considered a Kalpavriksha or a wish-fulfilling divine tree. I bow to the great seer Raghavendra, who is considered as Kamadhenu or the sacred wish-fulfilling cow.
Generations of people have sung this song praising the great Seer, and passed on this tradition to their progeny to take the song and the devotion forward. The one strong sentiment that keeps recurring with this great soul, is in the ardent belief that he fulfils the wishes and desires of all those who surrender to him, with faith and unquestioned devotion.
