The Dwaitha Philosophy also called in several names like Madhwa Philosophy, Madhwa Matta, Vyasa Matta etc., preaches the Doctrine Hari Sarvothama i.e. Lord Hari is the Supreme. It is said the humans gets the desired Moksha only by acquiring the required Gnana which is treasured in our Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Brahmasutras etc, which were made available in the written format by Lord Veda Vyasa.
