During late seventies, one Ford C Mega wife of a major car maker was always feeling disturbed. She found no mental peace despite visiting The Vatican City. Her efforts in searching for peace continued but all in vain. Once, an employee of the car factory looking at her plight suggested  to visit Mantralaya to pray Guru Raghavendra and for sure she would get the desired peace. 

She arrived to Mantralaya, started her sevas with 21 pradakshine in the morning and evening very religiously. She practiced austerity and exhibited no pomp and show. Her coffee and breakfast was only after the seva and Darshan. Her night sleep was on the mat and not the cushion. This continued for 15 days and a pleasant surprise was in store for her. As she was performing the pradakshine in the prakara begging for her wish to be fulfilled a saffron cladded old man filled with great radiance immediately appears to her and she filled with joy prostrated to him and thanks him for the unbelievable experience. She confirms from him that it is Guru Raghavendra and requests him to grant the peace that she is craving for. Rayaru offers a handful of diamonds to her but she declines and insists on getting the peace. Rayaru with a smile blesses- may the peace be with you and vanishes. Ford c mega filled with excitement completes the pradakshine and shares her happiest moments with the priests and the crowd. 

She meets the pontiff Sri Sujayeendra teertharu and shares her Devine experience, acknowledging that she got what she asked for in mantralaya. She the following day performs Abhisheka seva as a thanks giving, consumes the prasadam and proceeds to America . It seems, she then on remitted $100 every year for the Aradhana celebrations. The peace and the joy remained throughout her life.
