A Brahmin reborn as king

There was an aspiring Brahmin called Ramachandracharya who performed intense seva at Mantralaya. It went on for days, weeks and months but did not get any insights from Rayaru. Feeling highly disappointed, he went to Tirumala Lord Venkateshwara and complained against Sri Guru Rayaru, that he had not been blessed by him. Interestingly the same night the Brahmin had a dream where a judicial court scene appeared with the Lord as a Judge. The dream continued with the Lord asking Guru Rayaru as to why the wish of the Brahmin was not fulfilled in spite of his intense seva. Guru Rayaru admitted to the performance of his seva but expressed that the Brahmin wished for Rajayoga and becoming a King of Mysore. Guru Rayaru further said that the brahmin had a short lifespan left and there was no point in becoming the King in this particular birth. He had made provisions for fulfilling his wish in the coming birth. This is a purposeful  delay and not a denial, the Guru added.

The following day, the Brahmin regretted complaining against Guru Rayaru and headed to Mantralaya to perform a seva, and also seek apology from the Guru. In the next birth the Brahmin was born as Mummudi Krishnarajendra Wodeyar. This mysterious episode was revealed and narrated to Mummudi Krishnarajendra Woodayar by Sri Ibrahimpur Appa. Ibrahimpur Appa was an ardent devotee of Sri Guru Rayaru blessed with an art of accessing moola roopas.
