The Saint Sri Madhvacharya the divine personality being the Avatar of Lord Hanuman performed several feats in destroying the evil. 

The Saint in his childhood days was called Vasudeva. Even as a child he was demonstrating several miracles like bringing a dead log to life, blowing air to cure diseases, jumping from the top of a mountain, etc., which indeed was instilling devotion in the minds of the people on Lord Sri Hari. Witnessing this a demon called Manimantha wanted to kill the child. This Manimantha in Dwapara Yuga had a futile encounter with Sri Bhimasen (One of the Pandavas) and lost his life. In Kaliyug the same demon made an attempt to kill the child Vasudeva. He took the form of a venomous serpent and came near him. Child Vasudeva very sportingly held it and pressed the serpent with his toe to end its life. 

This incident is believed to have happened in Paajaka.
